We receive many inquiries regarding shipping. Allow us to provide you with insights into our process and details you may find helpful.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday in the sequence in which they were received. The processing of combined orders takes marginally longer, hence those orders are usually dispatched later in the week.
Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. On infrequent occasions, shipping may take longer than anticipated once it is in the possession of the carrier. Please comprehend that we have no control over this, but we will provide assistance in any way we can! I've been a shipping manager for various companies, collaborating with different carriers and effectively managing shipping claims to ensure prompt and comprehensive resolutions!
We aim to swiftly and precisely ship your order on regular business days, but processing may be delayed due to weather, holidays, or high order volume. Thank you for supporting our small business and for your patience!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once an order is submitted, an email confirmation with order details will be received. Upon shipment, an additional email notification with tracking information will be sent. Use the UPS Tracking Number in your shipping confirmation email to track your package.

Once your order ships, your items are no longer in our possession. For updates on shipment progress or location, refer to the UPS Tracking Number in your shipping confirmation email.
I made multiple orders. Can they be shipped together?
If you have placed multiple orders within a 24 hour period you do not need to submit an email requesting combined shipping. We will automatically combine orders that have the same name, shipping address and email address/account into a single shipment.
Upon the completion of the combined shipment and the calculation of all incurred shipping charges, a partial shipping refund may be issued within one week of the dispatch date if you are eligible to receive one. We will exert maximum effort to combine orders; however, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent this from being feasible. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Cancellations of orders are permitted until the order has been prepared for shipping. Subsequent to that juncture, the package(s) are no longer under our control and will necessitate being handled as a Return, potentially incurring additional shipping fees from the carrier.

Can the shipping address on my order be changed?
If you need to change your delivery address, there are two ways to do so. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can submit a request using our contact form or email support@paperracket.com. If your order has already been shipped, you can visit the USPS.com or UPS.com website and sign up to make changes to your delivery address.
With USPS, you can even have your plants held at the post office for pick up or schedule a specific day for delivery. These features provide you with more control over your mail than we have.
What happens if my plants arrive dead or damaged?
Occasionally, packages may appear damaged upon arrival due to mishandling by the postal service or UPS carrier. To ensure prompt resolution, please open the package immediately and document any damage using your camera. Send the photos and a detailed description of the incident to support@paperracket.com. Following that, refer to our "what to do upon order arrival" information. A dedicated Customer Service Specialist will review your photos and promptly assist you with the next steps.
Undeliverable Packages
Please verify your shipping address is correct before completing submission of your order. Packages returned to us by a shipping company as undeliverable will be refunded less the cost of shipping and processed as a Return, (which may be subject to additional restocking/handling fees).
