This exceptional Italian pepper has been a hit with customers! It's the pride and joy of Giuseppe and Angella Nardello, who lovingly cultivated it in their Southern Italy garden. After relocating to the U.S. in 1887, they continued to grow this flavorful pepper in Naugatuck, Connecticut, and even named it after their son, Jimmy. With its slender shape and easy-drying skin, this variety has landed a spot in "The Ark of Taste" thanks to its delicious taste, vibrant red color, and abundant growth in most areas.

Botanic Description
Their ripply skin, sugary sweetness (when ripe), and sheer abundance made them a favorite among pepper lovers. These small to medium sized peppers are about one inch in diameter and six to eight inches in length, and are without a doubt one of the most productive sweet peppers out there. Easy to grow, especially in the northwest! (And let's be real, we all love a good pepper, am I right?)
